It is a structure in which 5 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen are shared by 5 people. 

* 330 per week for single room (Can negotiate***)

* Move-in available from June 5th (Thu)

* Check out on July 10th (Mon)

(The move-in date and move-out date are all negotiable, but you must check-out unconditionally on July 10)

* Common facilities: gym, cinema, rooftop, rooftop barbecue, free printer, laundry, etc.

(The nearby Student One Adelaide branch and Wharf branch are also accessible, so you can use the swimming pool as well)

It's in the very center of the city, so there's everything around. Because the building directly opposite the dorm is the Myer Centre, there are Coles, Target, and a movie theater inside. There are also many other marts nearby such as another Coles, Woolworths, Big W, all 5 minutes away. 

The bathroom, living room, and rooms are all clean. The resident roommates are all women, also well-mannered. Personally, I like that the rooms have high ceilings, windows that can be opened, and that each room has individual heating and cooling.
