스튜디오의 악기들은 모두 전자식으로 바꿨기 때문에 소리는 그렇게까지 크지 않습니다.

- 모든 빌 포함 (Unlimited NBN Internet, water, electricity etc.)

- 뒷마당의 수영장 이용가능

- 가까운 버스 정류장까지 약 700m (150,155등)

- 가구 다 들어가 있음

룸메이트 선호사항:

Good news about the studio is that it's all electronic so the volume is much more controlled.

- All bills included (Unlimited NBN Internet, water, electricity etc.)

- Salt water pool

- 700 meters walk to the bus stop

- Fully furnished 

Ideal Housemate:

- Males aged between 20 - 40

- Non cigarette-smoker

- Helpful and has a respectful vibe

- Minimalist and clean

The house vibe is relaxed and independent but helpful as well.
