It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks very close-by. It takes about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and Buses #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197. Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 10 minutes away.
