Hi,

I am looking for flatmates. I have just moved into a townhouse and have two single rooms available for rent.

I am looking for female students or workers only.

Rent: $230/week or $220/week (includes basic bills)

Date: availabel from next weekend (9th.Oct)

Minimum stay period: 3 months

Deposit: 3 weeks rent fee

Bathroom: The two flatmates will share one bathroom.

I have a small dog (a Cavoodle), so flatmates must be comfortable living with a dog.

Please keep in mind the following house rules/considerations regarding living with a dog.

Thank you!
