[Caboolture] Grand Opening! Passionate Cafe Team Members Wanted (Opening July 3rd)

We are an exciting, brand-new specialty cafe opening this coming July in Caboolture. Located just a 5-minute walk from Caboolture Station with ample parking available, we feature top-of-the-line coffee infrastructure and a high-end brunch menu.

We are looking for responsible, dedicated, and energetic professionals to join our founding team.

• Location: Caboolture (5-min walk from the station / Ample parking)

• Expected Opening Date: July 3rd, 2026

• Core Value: High sense of responsibility and teamwork

• Preferred Qualification: Social media savvy, skilled in creating Instagram Reels/Content.

• Hourly Rates (Depending on Position & Experience Level):

  • Weekdays: $30.35 - $33.38 + Super

  • Weekends: $36.42 - $40.05 + Super

1. Barista & All-rounder

• Hours: Casual (20–30 hours per week, negotiable)

• Equipment: La Marzocco Strada X AV, Mahlkönig E65S, Wally Milk, Ubermilk, Puqpress, QuinSpin.

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience (including at least 1 year in an Australian cafe).

  • Proficient in high-quality Latte Art (Essential).

  • Fluent in English for smooth order-taking and customer service.

  • Capable of managing the coffee station independently during peak hours (Solo working).

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for commuting.

2. Chef / Cook

• Hours: Casual (Hours negotiable)

• Visa Sponsorship: Located in a regional area. 

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian cafes or restaurants.

  • Capable of managing the kitchen independently (Solo working).

  • Passionate about creating visually stunning, high-end brunch dishes.

  • Punctual, highly responsible, and a non-smoker.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle.

3. All-rounder & Kitchen Hand (with Baking)

• Hours: Casual (Hours negotiable)

• Who we are looking for: Commercial Cookery students, home-bakers, or future cafe entrepreneurs who want hands-on hospitality experience.

• Responsibilities: Drink preparation, baking according to our step-by-step manuals (easy to learn!), and general kitchen hand duties.

• Requirements:

  • Fast learner, efficient, and reliable.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle.

• Preferred: Prior baking experience or currently studying commercial cookery.
