Rent is $280 per week for both, and down to $270 after 24weeks.

* All bills are included (Electricity, Water, Internet, etc...)

* No minimum stay

* 2 weeks bond deposit

* 2 weeks notice of moving out

* The room has walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, Queen size bed, desk, chair, bedding, air conditioning and fan.

* kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, cookware, dishes, utensils and etc. are shared.

* No party house
