The house is located in Coomera, Gold Coast. It is just 5 min away by car from Westfield Coomera and Coomera train station by car.

Also, 3 min away from Wollies. 

The house is furnished and well-cleaned. Your new room is also furnished, but you can bring a little furniture if you would like to. 

Renting private single room including :

- 1 Double size bed

- Study Desk 

- Large Wardrobe

- Bedside Table

- Ceiling Fan (in each room)

- WIFI

(It can be unfurnished If you have your own furniture.)

Plus, WIFI, Electricity, a Filtered Water dispenser, and a range of kitchen utensils are included ???? Yay! 

We are 20-30s and International Students from Korea & Brazil

We are easy going, clean, tidy, respect other people space.

Mostly focus on our life on weekdays and spending some time together on the weekend such as camping, night market... etc

Mostly studying or working the whole time. 

Quiet house, Good for students that can focus on their studies. 

The price is $230 per week for single

$400 for couple in one bedroom / $450 for couple in two bedroom (who wanting to have more space)

and two weeks bond, all bills included in rent. We have our own bathroom and toilet. so you guys will share the bathroom on your own

You are more than welcome to have an inspection.
