• Hospitality Industry (General) Award rates apply.

• Casual Loading + Superannuation provided.

1. Barista / All-rounder

• Hours: 20+ hours per week (Casual)

• Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.

  • Proficient in Latte Art.

  • Fluent in English (Confident with customer service and order taking).

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting.

• Preferred Attributes: * Positive energy and a strong work ethic.

  • Bonus: Skills in creating engaging Instagram Reels/Social Media content are highly regarded!

2. Chefs (2 Positions)

• Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week (Casual)

• Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian cafes or restaurants.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

  • Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

• Note: Non-smokers preferred.

3. Kitchen Hand (1 Position)

• Hours: Casual (Flexible roster)

• Main Duties: Dishwashing, assisting with beverage preparation, food prep, and occasional floor service.

• Key Requirements: Must have reliable transport and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
