We are looking for a housemate in Toowoomba area.
Both of me and the other lady work as full time and usually away for the weekend.

The house has 3 bedrooms and you will have one of them. You will share the bathroom and the toilet with the other girl.

We are looking for someone who is very tidy, mature, quiet and pay the rent on time.

The rent is $155 which includes the internet, bills and Netflix. The bond is $620 and you will get it back when you leave the room clean and tidy plus give us 4 weeks notice.

We have a cat in the house too so welcome someone who likes cats.
