Our location is very convenient area to catch train only 5mins and 2mins bus top for walking distance toward Garden city shopping center, city , Brisbane airport, and GoldCoast.

We have only one share mate to live together and very quiet place.   

We are looking for new house mate who wants (single or couple) stay with us long or short term to live together in low set house at nearby Fruit Grove station, warragal Road in Runcorn now.

Now , one single or couple room  available .

Our location is very convenient area to easy catch train only 5mins and 2mins 150, 156, bus top for walking distance toward Garden city shopping center, in Brisbane city, Brisbane airport, and Gold Coast. 

Also, there are many shopping center, grocery shop and restaurant only 7mins walking distance as well.

currently, we have only one share mate with 2 live family together. 

One room for one person is $210 per or couple $350 per week (include Electronic, water, internet bills)
