One own large single room for $185 per week will be available on 18/07/25. 2 km to the city, 5 minutes walks to Park Road train Station . You can get to UQ or city in a few minutes from here. The address of the shared house is Park Road , Woolloongabba. Room rate includes electricity (except use of airconditioner and Heater), Unlimited high speed internet and water. Basic furniture eg single bed, study desk, chair and  wardrobe are provided (tenants to provide their own bed sheet, blanket and pillow) .
