THE ROOM: Has to 2 King-Single beds (King-Single bed is bigger than Single bed), 2 study desks and 2 chairs, drawers, large mirror and a built-in wardrobe.

THE APARTMENT: Is modern And fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is beautifully decorated. Total number of people living here will be 3 (including you)

YOUR BATHROOM: Has a bathtub, shower & toilet. You will share the bathroom with only 1 Person (Your Korean room-mate).

THE KITCHEN: Is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking & eating. (Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Pots/ Pans, Dishes, Cutlery Etc) All appliances are stainless steel, modern and new.

There is a male living in the other bedroom (Master bedroom). He has his own bathroom. He is a University graduate and has previously been an ESL teacher assistant. His English is excellent. (native speaker)

LOCATION:   Chatsworth Road, Greenslopes. Off Logan Road.(Zone 1)

5 minutes walk to Bus Stop & corner shops. 3 minutes walk to IGA Supermarket. 10 minute walk to Coles. 15-20 minutes by bus to Garden City, 8-12 minutes to City. (Bus Nos.174,175,180), 15 minutes by bus to QLD UNIVERSITY(UQ). Convenient to UQ, GRIFFITH, QUT.

YOU MUST BE: Responsible and mature girl who is CLEAN and tidy, & considerate of others. We are a friendly & easy-going international household. Would  prefer Korean, Japanese, Colombian, Brazilian, Chinese, Vietnamese or Thai. Smoking allowed (Outside only).
