You will get your own bathroom and lots of space in the house. $300 to $320 per week depending on which room you choose. All bills included except A/C (air conditioner) if A/C is required. $800 bond, 3 months minimum stay

Looking for someone clean and quiet. Females and non smokers only. Married couples will be considered at $100 extra per week.

House will be furnished and room will also be furnished with a bed and study desk. House is now available but need time to organise furnitures first. Please contact if interested.
