I am looking for a room in Brisbane CBD or close distance to CBD, preferably available on the 4th July 2023.

Alternatively, I am also looking for a flatmate who could rent an apartment with me. My budget is around $300 but willing to go up for the right place.

I am a Korean 23yo female and would prefer female flatmates (I can speak Korean fluently but my writing is really bad).

I will be working full-time so I wont be in the house from 8-5.
