sushi shop in ths city,sushi maker,this position, start 7:30am,trim salmon,slice salmon, and avocado 9am start to make nigiri  and aburi, also sushi pack combo,and sashimi pack, 11:00 start to make sushi, 11:30 lunch break,12:00 come back, making sushi,1 pm,start to cut  whole salmon,around 2 pm, finish, go home.,this position need basic knife cutting skill,if you don't want cut whole salmon,also don't have cutting skill,you can't apply this position,please read information carefully,message me 0430552828,
