We have a single room availabe in Mango Hill. It's close to Mango Hill station and Westfield North Lakes, both within walking distance, 8 mins to the train station and 25 mins to the Westfield.
* 250 p/w, utility bills are included (water, electricity and wifi)
* shared bath, toilet, shower and a fridge with one another
* 2wks bond/ 2wks notice
* 2wks up-front payment of rent in cash only
* no minimum stays
* street parking available
* No pets, smoking or partying on the premises
* if you are a night person, please do not apply
* someone has daily routine (working or studying)
