Lumiere Aesthetic is a growing luxury skincare aesthetic, and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our brand growth and digital presence.

This is a hands-on role focused on executing campaigns, supporting social media growth, and helping bring our brand to life across digital and in-store channels.

About the Role

•  Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales

•  Assist in managing and growing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

•  Coordinate and support content creation aligned with a premium skincare brand aesthetic

•  Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimisation

•  Support the execution of product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations

•  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery

•  Assist in coordinating influencers, creators, and content production

About You

•  1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or a related role

•  Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)

•  Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram

•  Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics

•  Strong interest in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands

•  Highly organised with strong attention to detail

•  Creative with a strong eye for branding, content, and aesthetics

•  Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
