It's a quiet and clean house, so no parties or guests, please. We just ask that everyone gets along well!

The location is very convenient, close to the shopping center, bus stops, Coles, Woolworths, and Hanaro Mart.

We moved in recently in June, so all furniture and appliances (rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, air conditioner, electric kettle, etc.) are brand new, and the apartment is in excellent condition.

There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that goes to the city, making it convenient for those who work in the city.

• Equipped with pots, dishes, and other kitchenware
• 2 beds (can be joined for couples), wardrobe, private bathroom included
• 2 weeks deposit, 2 weeks notice, minimum stay of 2 months
• Parking for 1 car, 2 keys provided
