Three of us share our home now, a female Chinese UQ student, a female Chinese worker, and myself (John) an Australian English tutor.

Quiet, convenient location, safety, and friendly flatmates are the main advantages of our home, so it would be suitable for you if you are a clean, friendly and a non-smoker.

The weekly rent is $150 and bond is $300. Your rent includes all you need in your daily life, such as furniture, private toilet, fridge, water, electricity and NBN unlimited internet connection.

Our home is in Annerley between two shopping centres (Coles and Woolworths) which are only 5 mins away.  Also, it is only 5mins to the nearest bus stops and train station at Fairfield. No matter where you are studying such as at UQ, QUT or city, it only takes you 15-20 mins. The bathroom is only shared by the girls and you.
