-3 min driving to the train station, central shopping centre, ALDI, Colse, Woolworth, restaurant, laundromat and gym.

-Fully furnished (single bed, bedside table, desk, chair, ceiling fan). 

-Unlimited NBN Wifi access at home.

-65inch smart TV with Neflix, Disney+, Youtube premium available

-Electricity, gas, water, toilet paper, cleaning producs are all provided.

-Street parking available.

Rent is $250 per week

I spend most of time outside for work, exercise, and hang out with friends, and stay at home of rest.  

The house is well managed, as I always like to make home clean and tidy.
