• Clean, quiet, and comfortable
• Friendly and respectful housemates
• Separate kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and microwave (for housemates’ use only)
• Wooden floor room
• Bathroom cleaned weekly
• BBQ area available for relaxing or having a meal outside
