We are looking for a Korean, Japanese or Thai sharehouse mate.  We have a fully furnished air-conditioned bedroom available now for a friendly and reliable flatmate. We have a large home with 2 bathrooms, well    equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and swimming pool for your use.

Our home is in the Gap (stop 42), and is a short walk from the 384/385 express bus stop which departs every 15 minutes. Alternatively the 380     bus is conveniently located 20 meters from Our door and departs every 30-60 minutes. Our home backs onto a park which is good for exercise.     Coles and variety shops are only 5 minutes away.

We are seeking a quiet, responsible and trustworthy person who also enjoys their own independence to live in our home.

Your rent includes all the utilities so no bills, unlimited NBN wifi, own TV, swimming pool.

Room available immediately. Rent $ 95pw payable 2 weeks in advance. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Long term stay welcomed. No bond.
