Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
2. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Taking ownership of and efficiently resolving any customer complaints or concerns, as well as addressing staff-related issues.
5. Assisting in the efficient management and control of inventory, maintaining precise quantity records, and ensuring timely and accurate stock orders.
