The house is 1 minute walk from Market Square (Asian restaurants) and only a 5 minute walk to Sunnybank Plaza and Sunnypark Shopping Centre.

 

The bus stop for buses 130, 140, P137, 136, 139, 123, 145, 132, 598 is also only a 5 minute walk as well! (Bus stop 80 -Mains Rd at Turton Street).

 

The house is very clean, minimalistic, modern and filled with natural light. It has a quiet and calm atmosphere and is most suitable to people who enjoy a house environment like this. It is not a party house by any means.

 

---------Flatmate requirements-------

 

We are looking for an easy going and friendly flatmate, who has the ability to clean up after them properly and who also respect others private life in the house. It would also be nice if occasionally the flatmate can spend some time together so that we can get to know each other more which essentially make the place feel more like a home.

 

 

Our flatmates understand the importance of cleaning and tidying up after themselves which ensures the house is in a respectable order for everyone to enjoy.

 

Occasionally we get together for dinner in the backyard around our fire pit or head out somewhere nice together such as for lunch, trip to the shopping centre, walk in the park. etc

 

 

--------Room information------

* Room 1: is approx. 3m x 3.3m and it has a queen bed (With a mattress protector), study desk and built in wardrobes. A desk fan is available in summer as well.

This room is $220 per week and includes Electricity, internet, water bills and garden maintenance (available from 21th June)

 

* The room 2 :  is really big and it has a queen bed (With a mattress protector), sofa,2 x study desks, dressing desk, extra wardrobe, mirror, built in wardrobes and fan is available in summer as well.

 

-       This room is $230 p/w and includes ALL bills.(available from 21th June)

 

 

*2 weeks room pay in advance

 

* 3 weeks bond

 

*3 month minimum stay

- Multi cultural flatmates

 

- Really nice backyard, large outdoor dining table and a veggie garden as well.

 

- We have unlimited NBN internet

 

- Fully furnished (Including 2 x large fridges, washing machine, TV microwave, vacuum cleaner and all kitchen utensils/pot)

- Built in water filter (not need to buy drinking water)

 

- Rent includes ALL bills. (Electricity, internet, water and garden maintenance)

 

- Cleaning of the common areas (Kitchen floors and shower booth of bathroom is provided every 2 to 3 weeks)

 

- Bedroom has a quality bed/mattress, study desk and built in wardrobe

 

- The bathroom and toilet is shared with 3 to 4 flatmates

 

------- House rules: ----------------

 

- Be considerate of noise levels after 10:00pm at night

 

- No eating food in the bedrooms (The bedrooms have expensive carpet that is easily stained, so we have decided this is the best way to manage this. This may not be suitable for some people, but most people enjoy soft and comfortable feeling on the carpet in the bed room)

 

- Friends are allowed to visit Maximum 2 or 3 times for a month, however people staying overnight (Or beyond 9:30pm) will incur a small daily fee.
