[ ] 5 minutes walking distance to the bus stops to Eight Mile Plains, Sunny Bank, City, Garden City.

[ ] $450 a week for full-furnished, 4-week bond, 4 weeks leave notice required, also unfurnished is available at the lower price of the rent.

[ ] Available for an Immediate move in 

[ ] Who will live longer than 6 months(not for a short term stay), clean tenants, rent amounts may be negotiable.
