Looking for 2 people to share a 2bedroom, 2bathroom apartment with me and my partner in Spring Hill. Move in date 1st week of September!!
Please note, we are moving in next week so better photos can be provided then.

About the apartment..

Rent will be $250 each person, which includes all bills + wifi + cleaning products
FULLY FURNISHED

You will share the 2nd bedroom which will have 2 single beds, and have the main bathroom to yourselves. (partner and I will have the master/ensuite) 

Location is approx. 15 min walk to city centre (there is also a free bus closeby)

10mins walk to Hanaro Mart and close to Roma Street Train Station also

About us..
We are a Korean/Australian couple. We work very hard (Hospitality) and are usually quiet at home. We love good food and drink occasionally. Good opportunity to practice English at home :)

We have 2 cats, they are shy at first but very kind!
 

Requirements:
2 weeks deposit ($500 per person), and a notice period of 2 weeks before leaving
Females are preferred

We have 2 cutie cats so please keep in mind, you must be an animal lover >.<
