Hello, I planning to go on holiday for a month, so I need someone who can stay my property for a month! Women only, and I stay with Aussie girl who working for part time:) All bills included, if you need inspections sent me a message! This property is near fortitude valley station as well! You will have own room and own bathroom, and we have bbq area on the rooftop:) Unfortunately, No party and invite friends:( $500/per week, 1 week rent fee for bond:) if you're two people, it will be $300/ per person.
