Miso Hungry is Queensland’s own cheeky and modern Japanese food brand, known for our fresh sushi, bold signature bowls and fresh take on fast, flavour-packed and unique menu. With strong local roots and growing cult appeal, we’re now inviting passionate partners to join the Miso Hungry franchise family.

Our training program covers all aspects of running your business from food safety and operations to leadership and tech systems.

Marketing support

From your grand opening to your regular trade, our marketing team supports you and your team. You'll receive local and regional marketing support, digital and social campaign strategies, LAM playbooks, and grand opening events including free sushi celebrations to drive awareness and impact.

Training provided

Franchise partners complete a comprehensive training program covering operations, tech systems, food safety, leadership and customer experience. You’ll also get on-site opening support to ensure that you getting a 'Rolling' Start from opening. No hospitality background? No worries, we’ll make you a sushi pro.
