Hi there, currently renting a room in a share house in Springfield. House is fully furnished with modern/good condition furniture in shared common areas. The house has two spacious living areas (upstairs and downstairs) with smart TV's in living areas making this an ideal share house for individuals due to the many different living areas. The house is a few minute's drive to the local Orion shopping centre/train station/university.
Internet and all bills will not be included in the rent.
