I have two rooms available located in Murarrie from 12th November. Property have swimming pool, BBQ area and gym.

5-7 minutes walk to the bus stop. 15-20 minutes walk to the train stations. 15 minutes walk to the shopping plaza/centre, but I can drive and we can go groceries shopping together.

All bills (except air-conditioning) included in the rent.

Laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, hand wash, tissues, and all sharing items will be provided.

You don't have to clean the house, I like to do myself. Just help me maintain it:) 

2 weeks bond, 2 weeks rent.
