You can walk to the city which takes about 15-20 mins and there is a free city loop bus that stops right infront of the apartment and woolworth mcathur. 

There are cafes, restaurants and IGA right in front and spring hill hanaro mart is within 5 mins walk. Spring hill woolies is about 8 mins walking distance. 

This is a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car park arpartment. you guys will be using one room together and a toilet. If you want, you can also add the car park. 

The swimming pool and the gym are great too!
