Front Desk Receptionist position available

We are currently looking for someone dedicated and committed to work in our serviced apartment front desk/reception in inner Brisbane for 3-4 days per week including weekends.

In order to succeed you will need to have:

·        IELTS overall 7.0 higher in speaking.

·        Fluency in speaking, confidence and always happy to help with a friendly smile.

·        Ability to work unsupervised.

·        Time management and organisational skills.

·        Attention to detail.

·        Take initiative and be motivated to deliver a great customer service experience.

Experience and qualifications in Hotel Management, rental management preferred but not essential. Candidates with similar experience or understanding of Hotel operations/software/online booking agency knowledge will take priority.

Key responsibilities:

·        Performing all duties associated with day to day operations of front desk, invoicing, organising maintenance works, social media, adhering to our policies and procedures and performing everything in a helpful, friendly and professional demeanour.

We will provide full training to successful candidate.

We are located in Toowong 4066 - close to major shopping centre, train and bus stops. 4km from BNE CBD
