Job Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep following recipes and standards
- Cook hot dishes with consistency and care
- Plate food with attention to presentation and quality
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene

FOH

Job Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail
- Set up and clean tables before and after service
- Handle payments and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
