(we have central air-con upstairs, avoid wasting in publice area carelessly , we can set a seperate meter then upstaire 3 people can share bills. but they haven”t needed it so far. )

 Whole downstairs, there are a bed room, a living room, a bath room, laundry, garage ,patio.

Housemates are 2 Aussie middle-age gentalmen and a retired Salvador gentalman , they are quite clean ,pretty quiet and easy going,  pay rent on time ,no party, no trouble makers at all.
