One bathroom : spacious shower with security screened window, big vanity with drawers. quality toilet. heat/light/fan. 

One kitchen/living/dining /storage: equipped with enough bench and cupboards, two-burners cooktop, range-hood, mini fry, oven, micro oven, fridge, washing machine. dining table and chairs,  TV, arm chair/sofa. storage cupboard. WiFi. 

6 months minimum. $540/W including all bills .

12 months minimum, 530/W. iincluding all bills. 

One person, No pet,no smoker,  please.

If you have a car, handy off-street parking in front of the house. 

If you use public transport. Manly train station is 280m away can send you to CBD within 45 minutes. and you just walk 5 minutes to home.

200 meters to Manly Hotel, Celtic Corner Irish pub and convenient to IGA, restaurants, coffee shop, Post Office and of course, enjoy walking along the harbour with boats and ocean views.

Hope you will be a long stay as a welcomed tenant. coz the main house will be our holiday’s or might be 5-star air BnB here and there, so if you are good at cleaning and want a bit more work part time, it will be a bonus for both of us.
