You will be sharing the house with 2-3 people.

The hosue is close to the Westfiled North Lakes and Mango Hill Station, both within walking distance (approx 10-20mins) 

Condition;

- $250 per week, including water, electricity, and unlimited internet

- A 2-week bond, 2-week notice, 2-week up front pay required

- East-Asian Female preferred (only as I feel more comfortable sharing the house with another female)

- Must be working or studying

- Short term stay available; advised if so

- Street parking available

House rules: 

- Respect other housemates, maintain good manners and etiquette

- Bringing in friends, partying and smoking, pets are not allowed
